Alexandra Edmonds has had a diverse work experience in the field of art. Alexandra started as a self-employed artist in 2008 and focused on oil and acrylic painting, specializing in portraiture, still life, and landscape. While building their exhibition record, they also worked as an art instructor and manager at Paint Nite from December 2015 onwards. Alexandra briefly worked as a sales associate at Opus Art Supplies from July to October 2015. Alexandra also worked as a sessional instructor at The University of British Columbia in 2012 and 2013. In 2012, they conducted artist trading card workshops at the Merritt Courthouse Art Gallery, where they taught about the history of artist trading cards and different mediums. Lastly, they served as a Smarties Art Instructor at Gallery Vertigo from 2009 to 2012.
Alexandra Edmonds completed their Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts at The University of British Columbia Okanagan from 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.
