Stephen Mellis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Stephen started their career as a Teacher at the Institute of Reading Development in 2009. In 2010, they transitioned into a Paralegal role at Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP, where they worked until 2013.

From 2013 onwards, Stephen joined Professional Analysis, Inc. and held multiple positions. Stephen started as a Program Manager from November 2014 to November 2016.
