Morgan McCauley has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. They are currently employed at Near Inc as a Senior Software Engineer since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Pushpay where they held various roles. From July 2021 to February 2022, Morgan served as a Tech Lead, Interim. Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2020 to July 2021, and as a Software Engineer from January 2019 to October 2020. Morgan's earlier experience includes working at Vodafone, where they held positions such as Mobile Developer from June 2018 to December 2018, Web Developer from February 2017 to May 2018, and Discover Graduate from February 2016 to January 2017.

Morgan McCauley pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from The University of Auckland. This educational journey took place from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Morgan obtained a certification in Security Fundamentals: Level 1 from SafeStack Academy in August 2021.
