Nina Zhao, CPA, serves as the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting at PagerDuty, where responsibilities include month-end close activities, preparation of financial statements, and overseeing 10Q filing processes. Previously, as Head of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting at Hopin, Nina automated financial statements and managed M&A due diligence.
