Kelsey Yocum is a seasoned product designer currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at PagerDuty since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsey held the position of Senior Product Designer at Jeli.io from February 2021 to November 2023 and worked at New Relic, Inc. from February 2014 to February 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing user experience for various projects. Kelsey also started as a Software Engineer at New Relic, developing internal tools to enhance engineering processes. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineering Fellowship at Hackbright Academy, project management roles at Ooligan Press, and a background in bookselling and publishing. Kelsey holds a BA in Environmental Analysis from Scripps College, an MS in Book Publishing from Portland State University, and a certificate in Software Development from Hackbright Academy.
