Jon Grieman is an experienced Engineering Manager at PagerDuty, leading the Cloud Automation Team and the Runbook Automation Infrastructure team since March 2016. Under Jon's management, the teams have developed critical features such as Automation Actions and scalable systems for incident processing. Previously, Jon held roles as a Senior Software Developer, contributing to significant projects like the Interactive Postmortem Builder and PagerDuty Visibility. Prior to PagerDuty, Jon worked at Avigilon as a Software Developer, focused on video surveillance systems and patent contributions, and held several engineering positions at Amazon, including roles in Global Payments Systems and Elastic Block Store. Jon's career commenced as a co-op student at companies including Autodesk and Starz Animation, and Jon holds a degree from the University of Waterloo.
