James Pickles is an experienced professional in technical consulting and solutions engineering, currently serving as a Solutions Consultant at PagerDuty since September 2022. Prior to this role, James held positions at iManage from January 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included Senior Solutions Engineer and Technical Consultant. Earlier experience includes working as an AV Technical Support Engineer at Savills from May 2015 to January 2018. James holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Birkbeck, University of London, attained between 2015 and 2017.
