Dileshni J. currently serves as the Director of Engineering - Automation at PagerDuty, leading the Automation group, which oversees various automation products. Dileshni has held multiple roles at PagerDuty, including Senior Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Digital Foundations prod-eng group and the event ingestion pipeline crucial for maintaining high availability and meeting strict SLAs. Before joining PagerDuty, Dileshni co-founded ExploreTech TO, aimed at enhancing the diversity of tech speakers in Toronto, and held positions at Unata Inc. as Engineering Lead, overseeing a team of developers, and as a Backend Engineer focused on scaling the platform. Dileshni's experience also includes roles at FreshBooks, BrainStation, and Scholars Portal, developing web applications and leading educational programs. Dileshni holds a Master of Information in Information Systems & Design and an Hon. BSc in Computer Science and International Studies from the University of Toronto.
