Andrew Heikkila has a diverse work history, beginning with their role as a Sales Associate at Best Buy in 2011. In this role, they provided ongoing technical and customer support. Andrew then moved on to The College of Idaho in 2009, where they served as a Residential Computing Consultant, providing network and technical support for over 1200 personal laptops, cellular phones, tablets, printers, and other devices on campus. In 2012, they began working at Page One Power as a Copy Editor, Content Strategist, and SEO, where they created original, powerful, white hat SEO content and wrote effective headlines, body copy, and content strategies. Andrew also managed multiple employees and used Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools. In 2013, they became Co-Owner of Earthlings Entertainment. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Service Desk Technician at Perkins Coie LLP.

Andrew Heikkila attended The College of Idaho from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
