Talya Kotler currently serves as the Head of Business Flow Solutions at Pagaya, a role initiated in May 2021, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing post-underwriting strategies, establishing internal governance, and ensuring compliance with US banking standards. Previously at Pagaya, Talya was the Reconciliation Team Lead, designing and implementing an automated loan reconciliation process managing over $5 billion in loans, and served as an Investment Associate, leading investments and risk for funds and ABS deals. Prior experience also includes a Legal Intern position at S. Horowitz & Co., a Teaching Assistant in Corporate Law at IDC Herzliya, and an editor for the IDC Herzliya Legal Journal. Talya holds two degrees from Reichman University: a Master's in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
