Tal Silberman currently serves as Research Group Lead, Data Science Team Lead, and Data Scientist at Pagaya since November 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from October 2019 to September 2020. Tal also held significant positions within the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 from November 2010 to October 2016, including Head of Intelligence and Data-Science Department, where management of three intelligence teams specializing in data mining was key, and Head of Intelligence Department, overseeing a large team focused on intelligence collection and analysis. Tal started as an Intelligence Data Analysis Officer, leading a diverse team for intelligence-related tasks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, obtained between 2017 and 2020.
