Omer Perez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, data analytics, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director Manager of Product and R&D in Real Estate at Pagaya since October 2021, Omer leads a team of 20 data professionals, focusing on AI models and analytical tools to optimize investments in the US residential real estate market. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CEO of a stealth startup and CLYF, a non-profit organization aimed at teaching economic empowerment to young adults, as well as Business Development Manager at LIVESTONE, where Omer collaborated with notable industry leaders to establish a property-tech investments fund. Omer's career began with the Israeli Air Force, achieving excellence in operational and technical leadership. Omer holds degrees in computer science and entrepreneurship from Reichman University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
