Noga Adani is a seasoned business operations professional currently serving as a Senior Business Operation Manager at Pagaya since August 2021, previously holding the role of Business Operations Associate. Before joining Pagaya, Noga worked at Google as an Account Strategist from July 2019 to August 2021. Noga's experience includes managing portfolios in the energy and financial sectors as a Project Manager and Economist at the Israel Ministry of Finance, where responsibilities included board membership for state-owned enterprises. Earlier roles include conducting regulatory impact assessments for the Israeli Ministry of Health and security management at the Bank of Israel.
