Luke Spear is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Treasury and Capital Markets at Pagaya, a position held since March 2020, previously as Associate Director of Capital Markets. Prior to Pagaya, Luke worked at M&T Bank from July 2015 to March 2020, starting as an Analyst in the Management Development Program and advancing to Structured Finance Associate. Earlier experience includes internships at Valley National Financial Advisors, Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., and Hanlon Investment Management, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant in Econometrics at Lafayette College. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Psychology and a Finance concentration from Lafayette College, complemented by a study experience at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
