Efrat Izaks serves as the Compensation & People Analytics Lead at Pagaya since July 2023. Prior to this role, Efrat worked as HR Manager for Triple Whale from February 2023 to July 2023 and held positions as HR Operations Lead and HR Specialist at Lightricks between June 2018 and February 2023. Efrat holds a Master's degree in Administration and Public Policy from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained between 2017 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed in 2015.
