Kolade Oguntulu began their work experience in 2016 as an Office Administrator at De-Gas House, where they were responsible for procurement and management of office supplies, drafting and formatting documents, and maintaining stock lists. Kolade then worked as a Business Office Manager at Dazzling Damola Entertainment from July 2018 to February 2019. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Officer at Pagatech Limited, starting in March 2019.

Kolade Oguntulu completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Osun State University from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from Udemy in April 2020, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in January 2020.
