Ana Paula Mukoyama Silva began their career in 2007 as a Bilingual Reservations Analyst at GOL. In 2010, they became a Senior Travel Consultant at Maringá Turismo, where they planned corporate travel for UOL, Monsanto Masterfoods and União Quimica. In 2011, they joined Tours2go as a Board Member and Operations Coordinator, delivering a Strategy and Business Plan in 5 months and conducting Brazil tourism industry research, Competitors mapping and Website's screen prototype. In 2012, they became an Operations Coordinator at 4BTS - Grupo Aguia de Turismo. From 2013-2016, they worked at iZettle in various roles, including Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, Project Manager and Product Manager. In 2016, they moved to FinanZero as a Group Product Manager and Product Manager, where they grew a strong Product team and delivered credit tools. Ana Paula also shared empowerment and space to innovate. Currently, they are a Group Product Manager at Pagaleve, helping PMs grow their product and amplify PIX payments options in Brazil.

Ana Paula Mukoyama Silva has a diverse education history. Ana Paula completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Tourism and Travel Services Management at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2005 to 2009. Ana Paula then completed a Technical course in Hospitality and Recreation Marketing Operations at ETEC SÃO PAULO from 2003 to 2004. In 2016, they completed a Web Development course at Le Wagon, with a focus on Full stack Ruby Developer. Ana Paula also completed a UX Design course at How Bootcamps in 2020, focusing on Design Thinking principles and Double Diamond. Additionally, they have completed several courses and certifications in Business and Social Skills, Inteligência Emocional, Criatividade, Adaptive Leadership, Produtividade e Gestão do Tempo, Negociação e Influência, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), and Google Analytics.
