Jeff Wells has extensive experience in business development, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at PADT, Inc. since October 2019. Previously, Jeff held notable positions at CollabraTech Solutions and SEMI, where responsibilities included managing business development efforts and contributing to the Arizona Chapter Steering Committee. Prior to that, Jeff worked at Foresight Processing as Director of Business Development, focusing on proposal development and opportunity identification to support CNC manufacturing capabilities. Additional experience includes roles at Ultra Clean Technology and Advanced Integration Technologies, where Jeff identified market opportunities and contributed to manufacturing efforts. Jeff began a career in sales as a Senior Sales Engineer at Pinnacle Manufacturing Co., Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University.
