Doug Parrell has a strong background in operations and management, with experience working at Padagis LLC as an Operations Manager since July 2021, and previously at Perrigo as a Production Supervisor for over a decade. Prior to that, Doug worked at ConAgra Foods in various roles including Engineering Team Leader, Production Team Leader, and Industrial Engineering Tech. Additionally, Doug has experience as a Research Assistant at Duke University's Free Electron Laser Lab.
