Nadav Bril is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Padagis Israel since May 2023, and previously as the Head of Human Resources at Padagis LLC since September 2021. Nadav's extensive career includes a long tenure at Perrigo Company plc, where roles spanned from Human Resources Director to Associate Director HR since June 2009. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director HR at Flex from March 2008 to June 2009, VP HR Global Resources at ECI Telecom from August 2005 to March 2008, and AVP HR at Dassault Systèmes from August 2003 to August 2005. Nadav holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
