Franklin M. serves as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and VP of Operations at PAD Specialists since February 2016. Additionally, Franklin M. has been a consultant as CTO for TBI Imaging Associates since March 2019 and for the National Brain Injury Institute from January 2018 to September 2019. Prior experience includes the role of EHR Coordinator at ALLERGY, SINUS & ASTHMA PROFESSIONALS, PLLC from February 2012 to 2016 and EHR Technician at Houston Allergy and Asthma Associates from November 2007 to December 2011. Franklin M. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston-Downtown and an Associate’s Degree in Natural Sciences from Houston Community College.
