Rubens Filho is an experienced environmental executive and communication professional, currently serving as Environmental Executive Manager at Pacto Global da ONU - Rede Brasil since November 2022, leading a team across various environmental sectors and managing key stakeholder relationships. Previously, Rubens held roles such as Water and Ocean Action Platform Manager, focusing on SDG initiatives, and worked as a Communication and Applied Sustainability Advisor at Rede ACV. With over nine years at Instituto Trata Brasil, Rubens advanced from Press Officer to Public Affairs and Communication Manager, advocating for water and sanitation issues. Earlier positions include roles at What If Magazine, Prefeitura de Pindamonhangaba, and Câmara de Vereadores de Pindamonhangaba, showcasing a strong foundation in communications and public affairs. Rubens holds a Master's degree in Environmental, Health and Sustainability from USP and a Business Communication Certificate from ESPM, along with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universidade de Taubaté.
