Sean Casserly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain optimization and continuous improvement across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director Supply Chain Optimization at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. since March 2019, Sean has previously held various leadership roles such as Director of Continuous Improvement and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Manager Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement at Topco Associates LLC, where a continuous improvement program was developed for a $1.3 billion retail food GPO. Additional roles include Engineering Manager at ConAgra Foods and Sr. Manager E2E Business Process Strategy & Design at Mondelez International, where Sean oversaw complex teams and projects. Sean's career began with positions at Honda of America Manufacturing, Aldi Foods Incorporated, and as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2007 and 2009.
