Howard Rosoff is a seasoned bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in data analysis and computational biology. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at PACT Pharma, Howard develops single-cell RNA sequencing pipelines for targeted T cell analysis while managing integration testing and validation of associated modules. Prior roles include Data Scientist at Genentech, where Howard conducted survival analysis and statistical modeling for cancer patients, and Bioinformatics Scientist III at Sema4, where responsibilities included integrating population genetics software in the AWS cloud. Howard's previous experience encompasses designing informatics solutions for genetic variant analysis at Oregon Health and Science University, as well as innovative research at MD Anderson Cancer Center focused on variant calling from NGS data. Howard holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Bioinformatics from UT MD Anderson Cancer Center and a BS in Bioinformatics & Computational Biology from the University of Maryland.
