Froylan Avila-Baez is an experienced professional specializing in data analytics and operations management. Currently serving as a Forklift Operator at Glanbia Nutritionals since January 2021, Froylan has successfully implemented data-driven enhancements that have led to significant improvements in maintenance downtime and production efficiency, while maintaining high standards in quality control and customer satisfaction. Froylan also contributed as a Student Mentor in the Data Analytics Program at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from June to October 2023, providing guidance to aspiring data analysts.
