Otniel Campos is an experienced software developer specializing in mobile and web applications, with a focus on Flutter and Node.js. From June 2019 to March 2023, Otniel held the position of Flutter Developer and NODEJS (BFF) at Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, contributing to the development of the 190RJ App and managing API development. Prior to this role, Otniel worked as an Android Developer and WordPress administrator at Secretaria de Segurança Pública do Rio de Janeiro from June 2015 to March 2019, where a Kotlin-based Android proof of concept and a COVID data management system were developed. Otniel holds multiple degrees in information technology and software development, including Web FullStack from Digital House Brasil and various nanodegrees from Udacity. Additional training includes a focus on Dart and Flutter from Alura and extensive Java training from COTI INFORMATICA and Caelum.
