Rachel Farnham has worked for several companies since 2011. Rachel began their career at Macy's as a Sales Associate in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Groupon for City Staffing. From 2014 to 2020, Rachel worked for Grubhub in various roles, including Corporate Care Manager, Corporate Care Lead, Customer Care Lead, and Customer Care Specialist. Since 2020, they have been employed with Packback, where they have held the roles of Customer Enablement Engineer, Senior Product Support Representative II, Senior Product Support Representative, and Product Support Representative.
