Lars-Olaf Scholl is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CEO of Packator GmbH and as a member of the management team at PIN AG, Lars-Olaf previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Process Excellence at MYTOYS GROUP, where responsibilities included eCommerce strategy, operational excellence, and IT project management. Prior to that, Lars-Olaf worked as an Associate Partner at Deutsche Post and DHL, providing management consulting at senior executive and board levels. Educational credentials include a Diplom in Psychology and Business Administration from The University of Göttingen and further studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
