Rhea Naik, SHRM-CP, has worked in various HR roles over the years, starting as a Soft Skills Trainer at NIS Sparta. Rhea then transitioned to Sales and Marketing Associate at Taj Hotels before moving into management roles, such as HR Manager at Serenity Home Health, Inc. and later at Packard Health. Prior to their current role, Rhea worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at both Brookdale and Eastern Michigan University. Their experience spans both the healthcare and education sectors.
