Erika Deleon has extensive work experience, starting in 2014 as a Manager of Quality and Reporting at TeamHealth. Erika then worked as a Clinician Documentation Educator and later became the Director of Quality, before leaving in March 2021. In March 2021, Erika joined Pacira BioSciences, Inc. as the Director of Market Access and Partnership Development. In December 2021, they transitioned to the role of Director of Integration Management and Chief Customer Office, where they developed strategies for KOL management and led cross-functional efforts with various department leaders. Erika provided field intelligence and insights to company leadership and executed top-level decision making and strategy planning. Erika also introduced new processes, products, and services through strategic initiatives.

Erika Deleon began their education journey in 2012 at Ashford University, where they pursued a degree in Healthcare Administration. Erika completed their studies in 2014. After a break, they continued their academic pursuits in 2018 at Florida Atlantic University, pursuing an Executive Masters of Healthcare Administration. Erika'sfocus of study remained in the field of Healthcare Administration, and they completed their program in 2019.
