Paul Ford is an experienced web developer with a strong background in product-driven front and back end systems development. Currently serving as a Senior Web Developer at Paciolan since March 2019, Paul utilizes leadership skills in a development lead role for a small, agile team in a sports-centric technology environment. Prior to this, Paul worked at Victory Tailgate from July 2015 to March 2019, focusing on bespoke e-commerce and software development for licensed sporting goods. Early career roles included web development and system administration at Nexidiom, Inc. and e-commerce site maintenance at STA Elements. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of Central Florida, acquired between 2003 and 2008.
