Jennifer Sargent currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pacify and Board Chair of the Minnesota Milk Bank for Babies, while actively participating as a member of Break into the Boardroom. Prior to their current positions, Sargent held leadership roles, including General Manager and Chief Commercial Officer at Vera Whole Health, and Senior Vice President of Client Solutions at Optum, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Sargent's extensive background also includes senior sales and operational roles at companies such as Life Time Fitness, US Preventive Medicine, and Matria HealthCare. Sargent holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Dakota, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
