Leticia Lopez Leon has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Atraccion de talento at Pacifico Aquaculture since May 2021, Leticia is responsible for recruiting and selecting both operational and administrative staff, utilizing various recruitment sources and maintaining a 100% follow-up on candidate hiring processes. Previously, as a Senior Recruiter at Adecco from November 2016 to May 2021, Leticia managed recruitment for operational and administrative positions, oversaw candidate tracking, and led teams for different projects. Leticia also gained valuable experience during a professional internship in Human Resources at GST Automotive Safety Components International Inc in 2015, where responsibilities included candidate selection and follow-up. Leticia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, completed between 2012 and 2015.
