Michael J. Hershey is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various roles including Construction Superintendent and General Contractor. Currently serving as Construction & Site Superintendent at Pacifica Companies since June 2023, Michael oversees day-to-day activities for a senior care facility project. Prior positions include Construction Superintendent at KB Home and Lafferty Communities, managing multi-million dollar residential developments, and serving as General Contractor for MJ Hershey. Michael's career began with JM Hershey Inc, contributing to large-scale multi-family projects. With a strong foundation in hands-on construction and project management, Michael has developed expertise across all construction trades. Michael holds an Associate's degree from Mesa Community College and has an honorable discharge from active duty in the U.S. Army.
