Cristina Castro Ayala is the Director of Research and Development at Pacific Whale Foundation. Cristina also serves as the Tourism Manager at Palo Santo Travel - Operadora de Turismo. With a background in Biology and Environmental Management, Cristina has held various leadership roles in the tourism and environmental sectors, including as a Project Coordinator at PROYECTO PETRAMAZ - MINISTERIO DE AMBIENTE ECUADOR and as the Directora Provincial Turismo Manab¨ª at Ministerio Turismo Ecuador. Ayala holds a Doctor en Biolog¨ªa and a Master's degree in Gestion Ambiental.
