Carlos Figueroa is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in loss prevention and store management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Loss Prevention at PACSUN since April 2017, Carlos oversees 21 stores across Florida, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, and Mississippi, managing over 300 employees. Achievements include ranking as the highest volume market within the organization for three consecutive years, reducing shrink percentage significantly, and implementing strategic initiatives that enhanced key performance indicators across over 300 stores. Previously, Carlos held various managerial positions at Swatch Group, Pacific Sunwear, Faneuil Inc, Sean John, Puma SE, and Timberland, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership and operational excellence. Carlos is an alumnus of Valencia College.
