Janelle M. has extensive experience in digital marketing and communications, currently serving as the Digital and Social Media Manager at Pacific Service Credit Union since September 2020, after previously holding the role of Marketing and Digital Media Specialist. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager – Marketing & Communications and Marketing Assistant at The Culinary Institute of America from September 2016 to August 2020, and Email Campaign & Social Media Coordinator at Ritual Acupuncture from October 2015 to May 2017. Janelle also worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at retailcloud for a brief period in the summer of 2016 and started their career as an Editorial Intern at Pacific Sun Newspaper from September 2014 to May 2015. Janelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from San Francisco State University (2013–2015) and an Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Napa Valley College (2010–2013).
