Jakob Sadd is a professional with diverse work experience in logistics and project management. Jakob is currently serving as the Director of Logistics at Pacific Seafood. Prior to this role, Jakob worked at JBS USA for over a decade, holding various positions such as Head of Special Projects, International Logistics Manager, AP, Claims and Cold Storage Manager, International Logistics Supervisor, and International Logistics Coordinator. During their tenure at JBS USA, Jakob demonstrated strong leadership skills, negotiation abilities, and expertise in coordinating international logistics teams. Jakob also gained experience in managing budgets, improving productivity, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Before joining JBS USA, Jakob worked as a Sales Representative at Joe's Famous Rice and as an Economic Development Intern at Colorado State University. Jakob began their career as a Utility Parks Worker at the City of Fort Collins and as a Load/Shipment Planner at Forney Industries, where they excelled in customer service and shipment coordination.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Colorado State University in 2009. In addition to their degrees, Jakob has obtained various certifications, including Marketing Management from Colorado State University College of Business in 2019, Canva Certification from Canva in 2018, and several Google Analytics Certifications from Google AdSense in 2018. Jakob also completed the JBS Summit Executive Leadership Program from JBS USA Food Company, LLC in 2015. In 2010, they received certifications in Entrepreneurship and Supply Chain Management from Colorado State University College of Business.
