Parminder Singh is an experienced operations and manufacturing manager with over two decades of expertise in overseeing production personnel and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the electronics and medical device sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company since February 2020, Parminder supervises a team in the manufacturing of electronics assemblies while focusing on safety, quality, and productivity enhancements. Previously, from June 2010 to January 2020, as Manufacturing Section Manager at ICU Medical, formerly Pfizer and Hospira, Parminder managed a staff of 50 and ensured adherence to company guidelines while optimizing workflow processes.
