Joseph Michon is a experienced design and project engineer with a diverse background in the defense and automotive industries. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company since June 2022, Joseph has previously held project engineer roles at Daicel Safety Systems America from January 2019 to July 2022, Nammo Talley, Inc. from January 2010 to January 2019, and Talley Defense Systems for a short period in 2009. Joseph's career began at TRW Automotive, where project engineering responsibilities included leading various airbag inflator projects and mentoring new hires from 1997 to June 2009.
