Allison Hadley-Hernandez has extensive experience in procurement and quality analysis, currently serving as the Strategic Buyer for New Product Development at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company since February 2018. Responsibilities include managing supplier selection, assessment, qualification, and onboarding to support various internal teams. Previous roles include Customer Quality Analyst and Senior Buyer at the same company, where Allison focused on quality-related contract reviews, procurement processes, and supply chain management. Prior to Pacific Scientific, Allison worked at Avnet for over a decade, achieving a significant margin increase for the Microsoft Embedded line. Earlier career experience includes positions at Molex, where skills in account coordination, order processing, and negotiation were developed. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Eastern Illinois University.
