Jill Merchant has a diverse background in customer experience and operational excellence, with extensive experience in various leadership roles at companies such as Pacific Rim Capital, Inc., CIVIC Financial Services, TikTok, and Capital Group. Jill holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tulane University. Additionally, Jill completed the Riordan Leadership Institute program in 2011.
