Haley Ormiston serves as the Change Management and Communications Manager at Pacific Program Management since May 2019, focusing on leading communication strategies for various change initiatives, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and promoting employee adoption of change. Prior to this role, Haley held positions such as Communications Manager and Commercial Broker at Lori Gill and Associates/Windermere Property Management, contributing to the growth of the Commercial Brokerage program. Earlier experience includes roles as a Marketing Associate at JLL, Marketing Manager at Wood Harbinger, and event-focused positions at Sun Valley Resort, Talking Rain Beverage Co., and SEAFAIR. Haley Ormiston earned a B.S. in Advertising from Washington State University.
