Mike Karr has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Mike began their career at Fremont Investment & Loan in 1994, where they worked as Vice President and Manager in Asset Management until 2005. In 2006, they joined Pacific Premier Bank as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, where they currently hold the position.

Mike Karr has a BA in Economics and Government from Claremont McKenna College. Mike later pursued an MBA from UC Irvine.
