Lauren Dague possesses extensive experience in construction risk management and financial services, currently serving as the SVP Director of Construction Risk Management at Pacific Premier Bank since November 2014. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing operations, risk mitigation, and vendor management for the bank's construction lending. Prior titles at Pacific Premier Bank include 1st VP Credit & Portfolio Manager, where Lauren approved loan modifications for a portfolio exceeding one billion dollars, and AVP Fund Control Manager, where the development of an internal fund control department was successfully implemented. Earlier experience includes operations management at Dave Holland Services and project management at Pinnacle Custom Homes Inc., along with roles at Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home that involved significant operational leadership and new store openings. Lauren holds a Class B General Contractor license from the California State License Board.
