Yumi Hasegawa has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Racket Maintenance Specialist at Northern Arizona University. Yumi then worked as a Tennis Professional at Bay Club Courtside Sports Resort in 2009, followed by an Operations Assistant role at UBIC North America, Inc. in 2011. In 2014, they became a Salesforce Administrator at Cognizant, followed by a Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst (Consultant) role at VMware AirWatch in 2015. In 2016, they were a Business Systems Analyst / Salesforce Administrator (Consultant) at McKesson, and then a Salesforce Administrator / Google Tools and Cases Support Specialist (Consultant) at Google in 2017. In 2019, they were a Salesforce Administrator at The Howard Hughes Corporation, and is currently a Consultant at Pacific Point.

Yumi Hasegawa attended Northern Arizona University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a degree in International Affairs with a Japanese Minor. Yumi has also obtained certifications from Salesforce, including a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in 2019, a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in 2018, and a Salesforce Certified Developer 401 in 2014.
