Thomas Pauleau has extensive experience in retail management, having served as a Senior Retail Store Manager at Pacific Pêche since April 2008, where responsibilities include managing a team of four and training new store managers within the region. Previous roles at Pacific Pêche also encompassed positions as Retail Store Manager, Deputy Store Manager, and Salesperson. Additionally, Thomas worked as a Marketing Assistant at ASD International from January 2017 to December 2018, focusing on product training for marine marketers. Educational qualifications include a BTS in Water Management and Control from Les Etablières and a scientific Baccalauréat in Biology and Ecology from CFAA 49 - CFPPA Le Fresne Angers - Segré.
