Biva Talukdar, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since August 2023, previously serving in the same role at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from February 2022 to August 2023. Biva holds dual PhDs in Materials Chemistry from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and in Sustainable Chemical Science and Technology from Academia Sinica, where studies focused on nano chemistry, heterogeneous catalysis, CO2 electro reduction to useful chemicals, and N2 electro reduction to ammonia. Additional experience includes a visiting researcher position at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and leadership as President of the Optical Society of America student chapter at National Yang Ming University. Biva also completed Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Inorganic Chemistry and BSc at Gauhati University.
