Brett Scheffe is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Pacific Northern, Inc. since August 2018, where responsibilities include managing a twelve-member engineering team and overseeing remote factory operations. Prior roles include Senior Engineer over Special Projects, focusing on guiding products from inception to production and enhancing team effectiveness through automation tools, and Engineer in Commercial Industrial Design, responsible for 3D CAD modeling and collaboration with sales teams. Prior to joining Pacific Northern, Brett served as Assistant Store Manager at GameStop, where contributions included employee training and significant improvements in sales and customer service. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Midwestern State University, completed from 2014 to 2018.
