Russel McMillen possesses extensive experience in operations management and corporate services, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. since May 1996, where previous roles included Safety and Training Manager, VP of Corporate Services, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, and Service Manager. Prior to their tenure at Pacific Mobile, Russel served as Fleet Manager at GE Capital from April 1994 to April 1996 and as Regional Operations Manager in the Modulaire division at Waste Management from February 1989 to April 1994.
